Lucy's on her lunchbreak when she attempts her very first scratchcard - quickly, she's connected. She's never ever had an interest in gambling in the past, but after a few months the glove compartment of her car has plenty of scratchcards. And after that she starts betting online ...


Lucy's taking a medication called Aripiprazole for her mental health condition. It's a partial dopamine agonist - a different system to the dopamine agonist drugs used for Parkinson's and Restless Legs Syndrome that we have actually found out about in previous episodes.


But it's got similar adverse effects. For Lucy, this suggests compulsive eating, hypersexuality - and a gaming issue that's spiralling out of control.
